presentBeethoven's Piano Sonata No. 30I have been working on the Schumann cello concerto, and in between I have been typing Schumann's cello concerto. I have been wondering about the choice of cello solo sound source to use for this piece. The sound source I have on hand (theSound Source-3Each of the three measures of the "L" (the first 34 bars) had its own advantages and disadvantages, and we tried a number of different things with the first 34 bars. I kept changing and correcting them over and over again, and then twisting and turning my head again and again. It is much more difficult to create a sound than on a piano, which is a damped instrument. The cello is a fascinating instrument with a wide range of tones, from powerful and rich to gentle and delicate. I am impressed by the wide range of tonal qualities that can be achieved depending on the individual instrument and the type of strings used.
Now, we are considering three types of sound sources: "Emotional Cello" by BEST SERVICE, a sampling sound source, "SYNCHRON-IZED SOLO STRINGS" by VIENNA, and "SWAM-S(Cello)" by Audio Modering, a physical model sound source. and Audio Modering's "SWAM-S(Cello)", which is a physical model sound source.
1."Emotional Cello"
Utilize a variety of articulation patches to create a variety of tones
Portamento function is poor and unnatural
I can't get a glissando.
No vibrato frequency or depth control.
Tone is dry (wet variable)
2."SYNCHRON-IZED SOLO STRINGS"
Utilize a variety of articulation patches to create a variety of tones
Portamento and glissando are applied cleanly.
Birrato control is possible.
Although it is a sampling sound source, the tone is synthetic and tends to be monotonous.
Slightly wet
3."SWAM-S(Cello)"
Almost all articulations, including vibrato control, can be calculated.
While it is possible to set up quite detailed functions, it takes a lot of time to do so.
The tone is still synthetic and tends to be monotonous.
Tone is dry (reverb required)
As a conclusion, I used "Emotional Cello" as the main sound source and "SYNCHRON-IZED SOLO STRINGS" as a sub-source. I used the "de reverb plugin" to remove some of the echoes from the "SYNCHRON-IZED SOLO STRINGS" as a sub-source, and then layered them on top of each other. I would be very happy if I could control the vibrato on the "Emotional Cello". It would be very nice to be able to control the vibrato on "Emotional Cello", but it must be difficult because it is a very old sound source.
The following is a list of the most common problems with the "C" in the "C" column.
